Real estate has been a tremendous part of my life. When I completed college and university, I worked as a real estate law clerk for a few of Toronto’s most distinguished law firms helping purchasers and mortgage borrowers navigate the home owning process. Later, I developed into a mortgage advisor, building up my understanding of real estate to include mortgage origination.
I’ve also learned a lot about successful real estate investing from my mother who set up a small but sizeable real estate portfolio despite earning a humble salary, and my grandfather, who became a developer in the 70s’ and built an upper-class subdivision and apartment building in Newmarket along with various other properties in Toronto.
Over my career in real estate, I’ve helped to close over five thousand real estate and mortgage transactions which make me highly accomplished in the areas I specialize in which are mortgages for first time home buyers, repeat buyers, those with bruised credit, commercial borrowers and so on. My history in the legal field has equipped me with the considerable experience needed to help borrowers navigate their mortgage contracts and save money.
I owe my success in the industry to three basic but powerful concepts. They are efficiency, customer service and confidence.
Efficiency, to me, means being able to do things the right way in the shortest amount of time. Customer service is knowing what my clients prefer and always adapting my business to their needs, and Confidence means leaving a positive impression on everyone I work with that will ensure repeat business and referrals.
Being able to touch someone’s life by helping them map it out through real estate means the world to me.
